1. Parties

Mentor: Wildhearted Free Soul Mentoring, Franziska Böhm, Schulstr. 21, 96450 Coburg, Germany

Client: The individual who has completed purchase and accepted these Terms & Conditions at checkout.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all short-term mentoring packages offered under the name ROOTS TO YOU. They apply automatically upon purchase of any ROOTS TO YOU package, regardless of which package is selected. By completing purchase and checking the acceptance box at checkout, the Client agrees to these Terms in full.

The specific package purchased — and therefore the applicable duration and investment — is determined by the Client’s selection on the sales page and the associated payment.

These Terms are exclusively directed at entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals within the meaning of §14 BGB (Unternehmer), including individuals in the active process of establishing a business (Gründer/innen). Consumer purchases within the meaning of §13 BGB are excluded. By completing purchase, the Client confirms that they are purchasing in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity, or in direct preparation thereof.

3. Packages & Investment

The following packages are available. The applicable package is the one selected and paid for by the Client at checkout.

All prices are net prices. VAT (Umsatzsteuer) will be added where applicable in accordance with German tax law. All prices are denominated in Euro (€). The Client is responsible for any currency conversion costs or bank fees; the full invoice amount must be received in EUR, net of any fees.

4. Term & Duration

This Agreement begins on the date of purchase. The applicable duration depends on the package purchased:

4-Hour and 8-Hour VIP Telegram Day: One (1) day, to be scheduled by mutual agreement within 90 days of purchase.
1-Week Telegram Support: Seven (7) consecutive calendar days, beginning on a mutually agreed start date within 60 days of purchase.
6-Week Telegram Support: Six (6) consecutive weeks, beginning on a mutually agreed start date within 60 days of purchase.

This Agreement ends automatically at the close of the applicable term. If the Client has not scheduled or activated their package within the validity window stated above, the package expires without refund.

5. VIP Telegram Days (4-Hour & 8-Hour Packages)

A VIP Telegram Day is an intensive, focused mentoring day delivered exclusively via Telegram. It consists of:

A mutually agreed date and start time, confirmed in advance
Focused mentoring via Telegram only — no live calls
Topics chosen by the Client
A shared commitment to respond within approximately 30 minutes during the agreed window
4-Hour Package: a focused support window of four (4) hours
8-Hour Package: a focused support window of eight (8) hours

VIP Telegram Days:

Are non-refundable once scheduled
Are not automatically rescheduled if the Client misses the agreed date without at least 48 hours’ prior written notice
Do not include in-person meetings, retreats, or live calls of any kind
Expire 90 days after purchase if not scheduled

6. Telegram Support (1-Week & 6-Week Packages)

Telegram Support consists of asynchronous 1:1 mentoring support via Telegram during the agreed term. This includes written and voice messages, with replies typically within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, CET/CEST). Weekends and German public holidays are not included.

Telegram Support does not include:

Real-time or guaranteed same-day responses
VIP Telegram Day format (intensive focused-day windows)
Live calls of any kind

The 6-Week Telegram Support package does not automatically renew. Any extension requires a new purchase.

7. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Once payment is completed and the package has been activated, scheduled, or the agreed start date has passed, no refunds will be issued — regardless of whether the Client uses all hours, days, or weeks included in their package.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment has been completed.

8. Scope of Mentoring

ROOTS TO YOU is a private 1:1 short-term mentoring engagement focused on identity work, self-leadership, embodiment, and business-related topics chosen by the Client. Mentoring is provided via Telegram only (written and voice messages). All communication is based on Central European Time (CET/CEST).

This mentoring is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It does not replace professional support of any kind.

9. Client Commitments

The Client agrees to enter this engagement with honesty, openness, and self-leadership. Meaningful results depend on the Client’s own engagement and willingness to take responsibility for their process.

This work involves deep identity exploration and may be activating. It is not suitable for individuals currently in active mental health crisis, receiving active psychiatric treatment, or who have been advised by a qualified professional to avoid intensive personal development work. By purchasing, the Client confirms that none of these circumstances apply at the time of purchase.

By purchasing, the Client confirms they are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

10. Conduct & Boundaries

The Client agrees to communicate respectfully and to honour personal and professional boundaries. Harassment, entitlement, emotional dumping beyond the scope of mentoring, or repeated boundary violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

The Mentor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for cause. In the event of termination initiated by the Mentor without cause, a pro-rata refund for unused, measurable time will be issued where applicable. For VIP Day packages, no refund applies once the day has been scheduled.

11. Intellectual Property & Sharing

All materials, teachings, and content shared within this engagement remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Mentor. The Client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials, messages, or content from within this container with any third party, in any form.

The Client is welcome to share their own personal experiences, insights, and results in their own words, without disclosing confidential content or materials from within the container.

12. Confidentiality & No Recording

All content shared within this engagement — including Telegram messages, voice notes, and personal disclosures — is strictly confidential. The Client agrees not to screenshot, record, reproduce, share, or distribute any communications or content from within this container, on any platform or in any form, without the express written consent of the Mentor.

The Mentor treats all personal information shared by the Client with discretion and does not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

Mentoring provided under these Terms is guidance and perspective only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. All decisions made by the Client are made at their sole discretion and responsibility. The Mentor makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Mentor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this engagement. The Mentor’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

The Mentor is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by illness, family emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control, including disruptions to third-party platforms such as Telegram. The Mentor will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find alternative delivery in such circumstances.

15. Data Protection & GDPR

The Mentor processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data shared during this engagement is processed solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to this engagement and supersede all prior discussions or communications.

Amendments. No amendment shall be valid unless agreed in writing by both parties. Verbal agreements, voice notes, or informal messages do not constitute amendments.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coburg, Germany.

18. Acceptance

By completing purchase, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. This constitutes a binding agreement and carries the same legal effect as a written signature.

The applicable package, duration, and investment are those selected and paid for by the Client on the sales page. These Terms apply to all ROOTS TO YOU packages simultaneously. No further action, signature, or document exchange is required.
